What we do
Increase Sales
Intoto increases clients’ sales by growing their international footprint. We study the target market to measure scalability by analysing demographics, GDP per capita, market trends, and local competition, assimilation allows us to advise on optimal store roll-out.
Legalities
Intoto provides accurate information on the market’s legal system, import/export documentation, taxes and provides advice on international payment methods.
Export Ready
Intoto frequently works with brands who have achieved critical mass in the domestic market and feel ready to export. We examine the suitability of the product and provide feedback on the organisational set-up to ensure adequate support can be provided. Intoto will design a strategy, to certify our client is export-ready, before agreeing best route to market.

How we do it
Networking
Our network spans the UK, Europe, Middle East, Far East and Africa. We collaborate with organisations who are consummate professionals, with teams of experts in managing franchised brands. Intoto has a relationship with the department of trade & industry in many countries which provide up-to-date information on a countries development, including, political changes & challenges, legalities surrounding import/export, taxes, mall openings, and commercial opportunities.
Partner Selection
Identifying a partner that matches our client’s values and best matches the brand is essential. Our goal is to create partnerships with longevity. We believe each brand has its own DNA; therefore, we’ll search for the franchisee that relates to the brand personality.
Agreements
Thought is given to the commercial terms from both parties’ perspectives. The brand must benefit from the relationship while the margin should provide sufficient gain to allow the franchisee to sell within the correct brand positioning, achieve store roll-out plan, execute professional marketing plan, and achieve an ROI.

Julie Mclaughlan Managing Director
Julie has over 30 years of experience in retail and F&B both internationally and in the UK. She established Intoto International while living in the Middle East, having observed some brands were represented exceptionally well. Brand integrity was fully respected, employees were well trained, while others were almost unrecognisable. Julie assisted over 50 brands with international expansion. She has a flair for building teams to deliver strong corporate results and fully appreciates the value of people and the unique skills they bring. She is currently reading a master’s in international global human resource management. Julie brings a highly developed commercial focus, offers a track record of reversing corporate inefficiencies through aligning KPIs and workforce skills and profiles, acting as a champion for the achievement of world class standards. Combining a curiosity for new ideas with creativity and critical thought to explore opportunities to innovate and to challenge the status quo.
Joshua Bennie Designer
Josh has a background in PR & marketing, with 10 years experience working in graphic design and branding. He is experienced working in digital and print design, small and large teams, creating content for international audiences. With a portfolio of work including brand identity, advertising & banner graphics, album artwork and merch design , Josh has a wealth of experience to draw upon.

Specialising in franchising, licensing and distribution, Tony has vast experience collaborating with international brands. Gaelle Fahd Architects
FHD Architects established in Beirut, Lebanon in 2018 by Gaelle and Leonie Fahd, due to the success of their first studio they decided to open a second in Barcelona in 2019. The sisters work with international brands and individual clients across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East. They are able to combine their passion for art with structural precision, creating a distinctive elegance to a uniquely executed design. The sisters speak native Arabic, English and fluent French.
Samar Maalouf Content & Communication
Samar has over 10 years of experience in the fields of media, communication, and content design, while specialising in SEO, SEM, videos, tutorials and web series. Throughout Lebanon and the Middle East, Samar has a vast network of journalists and influencers. She is well known for her involvement in radio broadcasting and TV. Samar has a natural ability to blend creative thinking with practicality, delivering inspired results. Samar, born in Beirut, speaks Arabic, English and French fluently.
